Welcome to the Property Letting Division of JAG!

This Division is managed by Chico De Afonseca who has over 7 years’ experience in the Real Estate industry. He is assisted by Three Rental Portfolio Managers; Jonathan Van Der Nest, Jannie Van Der Merwe and Dianne Olivier.
Cathy Landman manages the administration side of the department with the support of a further three admin staff.

We also employ the services of property inspectors, professional carpet cleaners, and an experienced maintenance team to ensure properties are well looked after.

Our office is open from 8am until 4.30pm weekdays as well as the first Saturday of every month- from 8.30am to 11.30am.
